Look for your order confirmation and note the order number and email used at checkout. Adding an item to a cart does not create a paid order. If payment was never completed, first clarify whether an order was accepted. Do not infer that a shipping label exists simply because a product was selected.
1. Find your order reference
Look for your order confirmation and note the order number and email used at checkout. Adding an item to a cart does not create a paid order. If payment was never completed, first clarify whether an order was accepted. Do not infer that a shipping label exists simply because a product was selected.
2. Using carrier information
When a confirmed order has a carrier tracking reference, use the provider’s tracking page to see its available updates. A shipping label and a physical carrier scan are different events. The actual tracking process depends on the verified fulfillment arrangement. We do not promise that an unconnected supplier is sending tracking emails.
3. When tracking does not change
Check the date and meaning of the last update before contacting support. Provide the tracking reference, order number and destination country without publishing your full address in a public comment. A carrier scan can lag behind movement. The support team needs the actual order information to investigate rather than a screenshot without an identifying reference.
4. Delivery shows completed
Check the delivery location, reception desk or other authorized recipient if relevant, then contact support if the parcel is still missing. Do not assume that a tracking status alone resolves every delivery concern. Describe what you checked and when. A missing or damaged parcel should be reported promptly so the available evidence can be reviewed.
5. Need a tracking enquiry?
Email [email protected] with your order number, checkout email and question. Include any carrier reference you already have. Do not send payment credentials or passwords. This page provides tracking guidance; it does not expose another customer’s order or create a fictional tracking status.

Understand your shipment record
Begin with the order record
Tracking starts with the order you placed, rather than with a product page or a picture of the design. Keep the order number, checkout email and confirmation together so you can distinguish one purchase from another. A cart containing an item is not an order record, and a product SKU identifies a catalog option rather than a parcel. If you are unsure whether checkout completed, ask support about the order before trying to track a shipment that may not exist. Do not infer dispatch from the fact that a product is visible in the shop.
Separate the order number from tracking
An order number is the store reference for a purchase. A tracking number is the reference supplied for a carrier shipment when available. The two references may look similar but serve different purposes. Use the actual tracking reference in a carrier tracking tool and the order number when asking TeePalace about the purchase. If a message contains a reference without explaining what it is, ask for clarification rather than guessing. A catalog SKU or the name of the artwork will not usually identify an individual carrier parcel.
Look for the actual shipment information
Review the legitimate order and dispatch messages associated with your purchase. A shipment message may include a tracking reference, carrier name or a link to the relevant tracking record. Keep that information with your order confirmation. We do not publish a fabricated universal carrier or promise that every purchase uses the same service. If no shipment details have been supplied, contact support with the order reference. The absence of a tracking link does not establish that a parcel was lost, and it should not be filled in with a guessed number.
Check the email address used at checkout
A typo or an email address you rarely use can make order messages difficult to find. Check the inbox connected to the purchase and look in its spam or filtered folders. Search for the store name and order reference if you have it. Do not provide your email password to support. If you think the checkout address was entered incorrectly, explain the situation and ask what can be verified. A tracking request should not require forwarding an entire inbox containing unrelated personal correspondence.
Use the carrier named in the shipment
When a shipment identifies a carrier, use that carrier’s own tracking record rather than entering the number into an unrelated website. Some references are accepted by several tools, but the named service is the clearest starting point. A third-party tracker may summarize information differently or update at another time. If two records disagree, retain the actual status and date from the relevant carrier and ask support about the difference. Do not choose a carrier solely because a tracking number resembles one you used for another store.
Understand label creation
A tracking record that describes label creation or shipment information received may mean the carrier has received electronic details. That status is different from a physical acceptance scan. Read the actual wording rather than treating every new tracking page as proof that the parcel is moving. If the status remains unchanged and concerns you, send support the reference, wording and date. We do not invent a fixed interval between label creation and acceptance. The useful question is what the actual order and carrier record show for your shipment.
Read the most recent event carefully
Tracking often lists several events with places and timestamps. The newest event is usually more useful than an older scan when describing your concern, but read its wording in context. An arrival at a facility and departure from that facility describe different stages. A status date may reflect the carrier’s local time rather than your own. Copy the short event text and date into a support enquiry instead of saying only that the parcel is late. Clear facts help distinguish an ordinary pause from an event that needs investigation.
A gap between scans has more than one cause
A parcel may move between facilities without receiving a visible scan at every step. A period with no public update therefore does not by itself identify the location or cause of a delay. Equally, do not assume movement when there is no evidence of it. Review the last recorded event and contact support if you need help understanding the actual record. Avoid treating an estimated date as a live location report. We will consider the specific shipment rather than apply an invented timetable to every destination.
Keep estimates separate from guarantees
A carrier may display an estimated arrival date that changes as the parcel progresses. Read any qualifications attached to that estimate. A date you hoped to receive an item for a birthday or event is not automatically a delivery guarantee. If you have a time-sensitive concern, tell support the event date and the shipment information, while recognizing that a support enquiry does not create a faster service. We do not promise a delivery day here without verified information about the actual service and route.
International movement may involve handovers
A shipment to another country may involve more than one organization or a transfer to a local delivery service. Where the actual carrier record supplies a local reference or partner link, keep both references so you can follow that handover. Do not invent a local tracking number by changing the original one. If the record is unclear, ask about the relationship between the two references. The free eligible shipping policy concerns the shipping charge; it does not prove that every international route has identical events or delivery timing.
Customs messages need specific attention
If an actual tracking event refers to customs, clearance or requested documentation, read the notice carefully and verify who issued it. Customs procedures depend on the destination and shipment circumstances. This page does not invent a customs deadline, clearance promise or tax exemption. If you receive a request that you cannot verify, contact support with the relevant reference and notice text before sharing sensitive information. A generic message asking for money should not be accepted as genuine merely because you are expecting a parcel.
Check an attempted delivery notice
An attempted delivery event may include instructions about another attempt, collection or a delivery preference. Use the actual notice and carrier record to understand what is available. Check that the destination and recipient details relate to your parcel. If a collection point is named, verify its location and any identification requirement through the legitimate service before travelling. We do not publish a universal collection window because those instructions vary. Tell support about the notice if you cannot understand it or believe the attempted delivery details are incorrect.
When the destination appears wrong
If tracking shows a city, postal code or delivery area that does not match your order, first compare the record with the destination in your confirmation. A sorting facility location can be different from the final delivery address, so identify which event caused the concern. Send support the order number, tracking reference and specific discrepancy. Do not post the full address publicly. A message asking about the route is different from an address-change request; make clear whether you are reporting an unexpected event or asking to correct an actual address error.
Check safe places after a delivered scan
When a parcel is marked delivered, check the usual delivery location, household members, building reception and any location described in the carrier notice. If the carrier supplies a delivery photograph, compare it with familiar surroundings without assuming it proves receipt by you. Keep a record of what you checked and when. Do not confront another person or publish identifying details based only on a photograph. If you still cannot find the parcel, contact support with the delivered timestamp and the relevant order and tracking references.
Report an unreceived delivered parcel
A useful report says that the tracking record shows delivered, gives the event date, and explains that you have not located the parcel after checking the relevant places. Include any carrier case reference if you have already contacted the carrier. The next steps depend on the actual information available; this page does not declare a parcel recovered, stolen or refunded without a review. Keep your account of events factual. A clear statement of the issue lets support distinguish it from a parcel still travelling or one awaiting collection.
Multiple items can need separate checks
If an order contains several items, compare what arrived with the order lines rather than assume that one parcel status describes every item. If you were given more than one tracking reference, record which items each reference concerns when that information is available. We do not claim that all orders split or all orders travel together. Ask support to explain the actual arrangement for your purchase if it is unclear. For a missing item report, name the absent design and selected option, and describe the contents of the parcel you received.
A returned-to-sender status needs review
If tracking says returned to sender or describes a return movement, contact support with the actual event and date. Explain whether you received an attempted delivery or collection notice. A return scan does not automatically confirm that the store has received the parcel or approved a refund. The order, reason for the return movement and available remedy must be considered together. Do not send another parcel to an address guessed from that status. Keep the tracking record and any relevant notice so the conversation can refer to the same events.
Keep evidence of a damaged delivery
If the parcel arrives damaged, tracking may show completed delivery while the item still requires help. Photograph the packaging and garment clearly, keep the relevant labels and describe what you found when opening it. Conceal unrelated personal details before sharing images. Do not use a tracking enquiry alone to request a remedy without explaining the damage. The returns and exchanges guidance describes the store’s approach to a damaged or incorrect item. Support can tell you what information is needed before arrangements are confirmed.
Address changes depend on the actual stage
If you notice an address mistake while tracking an order, contact support promptly and supply the complete corrected destination with the order reference. A parcel already with a carrier may have different options from an order that has not dispatched. Do not assume an email has changed the destination until a specific confirmation explains what was done. If a carrier offers a delivery-management tool, verify its identity and terms before using it. A tracking page cannot by itself authorize TeePalace to make every requested route or address change.
Avoid unexpected redelivery payment links
A message claiming that a parcel needs a small payment or personal information to be released may be unrelated to your order. Verify the carrier name, tracking reference and notice through the legitimate shipment record. Do not type card details into an unfamiliar page solely because a text message creates urgency. If you are uncertain, ask support with the notice text and reference, keeping sensitive information concealed. TeePalace does not ask you to email a card security code or account password to resolve a tracking question.
Describe a technical tracking problem
If a supplied link will not open, say what happens, which device or browser you used and whether you can see the tracking reference separately. A screenshot of the error can help if private details are hidden. You may be able to enter the actual reference into the named carrier’s legitimate tool, but do not guess an alternative number. A browser error and a shipment delay are different issues. Explain which one you are encountering so support does not interpret an inaccessible page as evidence that the parcel has stopped moving.
Keep support updates with the tracking record
When support provides an explanation or requests another detail, continue in the same conversation where possible. Include a new scan if the record changes, with its date and wording. Preserve any carrier case number or confirmed next step. A prior question does not need to be resubmitted from the beginning every time a scan appears. If the situation materially changes, explain that change clearly. This creates an understandable timeline while avoiding the need to forward unrelated emails or repeat private details across several separate messages.
Know what tracking cannot show
Tracking reports shipment events; it does not measure the garment, verify its fabric composition or establish that the selected size will fit. It also does not confirm a refund, a cancellation or payment availability. Use the relevant policy or support route for those questions. If you have two issues, such as an unreceived parcel and a request to change an order, state both separately. Treat each confirmation according to what it actually says, rather than reading a shipment status as proof that every part of an order problem has been resolved.
Prepare the next enquiry
Before contacting support, gather the order number, checkout email, tracking reference if supplied, most recent event and the outcome you need help with. Add only the facts relevant to your situation, such as an attempted delivery notice or what you checked after a delivered scan. You do not need an account password, full card number or unrelated identity document. We do not publish an invented live tracking widget or claim a carrier connection that has not been verified. The contact page provides the support route for an enquiry about your actual purchase.
