Payment Methods

TeePalace’s payment gateway is not yet connected. PayPal is the intended gateway, but it is not advertised as currently accepted until it is connected and verified at checkout. Product selections and cart functions can be used while payment setup is pending. Adding an item to your cart does not constitute payment or a confirmed paid order.
1. Current payment connection
2. Review before you pay
When a payment method becomes available, review the selected product, size, SKU, quantity, currency, shipping destination and total before authorizing it. Prices are in US dollars. Only methods actually presented by the connected checkout are accepted. This page does not promise acceptance of a card brand, installment service or digital wallet that has not been verified.
3. Protecting your information
Do not send card numbers, card security codes, passwords or one-time authentication codes to TeePalace support. A payment provider may ask you to authenticate in its own secure interface. Check that you are on the expected provider and store domain before submitting sensitive information. If you receive an unexpected payment request, contact support before acting.
4. Payment failures or duplicates
If a payment attempt fails, first check whether the provider reports a completed charge or a pending authorization. Do not repeat multiple attempts without checking their status. Contact support with the order number and non-sensitive provider reference if available. We do not promise an automatic release time for a hold controlled by a payment provider.
5. Refunds and payment records
Keep your order confirmation and payment receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval. A receipt from a provider and an order confirmation serve different purposes, so retain both if an order is paid. Read the refund policy for tracing an approved refund without sharing confidential payment credentials.
Contact and related guidance
Contact [email protected] with a specific question. Read our contact guidance, returns process and refund policy for the relevant details.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval. Payment-provider posting may take longer; this issuance commitment is not a guarantee that a bank or provider account will display the credit within the same period.
Understand selection, checkout and payment records
Check the current checkout state
A payment method is available only when it is actually connected, enabled and verified for this storefront. TeePalace payment setup is deferred, and an intended future gateway is not advertised as a currently accepted method. You can explore designs and use the cart while that work remains pending. Those shopping functions do not prove that payment is available. If checkout shows no method, use the contact route for availability information rather than assuming a familiar provider must be connected because you used it at another shop.
A cart is a selection rather than a transaction
Adding a garment to your cart records a shopping selection in your browser session. It does not transfer money or create a confirmed paid order. Review the design, selected size and color, quantity and listed unit price before proceeding. You can remove or update selections without treating those actions as an order cancellation or refund. If you need help with a cart control, describe that task specifically. A screenshot of cart totals can explain a display concern, but it is not evidence that a payment attempt completed.
Read the final selected-option price
A category card may show a starting price while the chosen size has its own final listed price. Select the option and review the product and cart line before relying on a total. Larger listed sizes can have different prices. The selected variant should match the size, color and SKU you intended. If the price or option appears inconsistent between the product and cart, ask about that discrepancy before attempting checkout. A support enquiry should identify the product and option rather than compare unrelated garment families as though they were one item.
Review the quantity and each order line
A total depends on which items and quantities are in the cart. Check each line, including selected options, instead of reading only the final figure. If you change a quantity, make sure the cart has updated before proceeding. Removing a cart line is different from changing an accepted order. If a control does not behave as expected, describe the product, intended quantity and step that failed. Do not attempt payment simply to test whether an incorrect selection will somehow be corrected by checkout.
Confirm the actual shipping destination
Free eligible shipping applies to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand without a minimum or coupon under the store shipping policy. Review the destination and displayed shipping amount with the cart or checkout details. Country eligibility does not prove a carrier, transit time or delivery guarantee. If an address correction would change the destination country, ask about the actual arrangement before assuming the order can be amended. An estimate or a country selector is not evidence that every address has the same delivery circumstances.
Check the currency attached to the price
Store prices and native cart amounts are shown in USD. Read the currency with the selected price and total rather than assume a symbol alone describes your local currency. A payment provider may display information in its own account context when a real method is connected. This page does not invent an exchange rate, a provider conversion charge or a guarantee about how another account will present an amount. Ask about an unclear store total before attempting payment, and use the relevant provider record for questions about that provider’s actual display.
Do not infer a payment from a page transition
Moving from a product page to the cart or checkout is a shopping step, not proof that money was transferred. A confirmed order and any payment status have their own records. If a screen changes unexpectedly, check the actual order information before assuming success or failure. An intended gateway, a shopping basket and an accepted payment are separate facts. Contact support about an uncertain order with the checkout email, approximate date and any reference supplied rather than send unrelated financial information.
When no payment method is displayed
If the checkout page explains that no payment method is available, payment setup remains unresolved for that visit. Do not email card details as a workaround or interpret a visible order button as evidence that a gateway is functioning. Ask support about actual availability. The catalog and cart remain useful for considering your selection, but they do not authorize a manual transfer to a stranger or an unrelated account. This page does not invent a temporary payment method, cash-on-delivery arrangement or test gateway to make checkout appear complete.
Identify a genuine order confirmation
An order reference and legitimate confirmation message help identify a purchase record. A product SKU identifies a catalog option; it is not an order number or payment reference. If you have not received a confirmation and are unsure what happened, check the appropriate inbox and any actual transaction status before repeating an attempt. Do not assume that an image of a selected product demonstrates payment. A useful support enquiry states what messages or references were received and asks whether an order record exists.
Avoid repeating an uncertain attempt
If a future payment attempt has an unclear outcome, review the available order and provider records before trying again. A repeated notification is not automatically a second paid order, and a pending entry is not necessarily identical to a completed payment. State the actual statuses when asking about the situation. Do not create additional attempts merely to test a screen response. Your enquiry can identify the relevant amount, date and reference with sensitive details concealed, while support and the actual provider consider their respective records.
Describe a duplicate concern precisely
If you believe the same purchase appears twice, identify the relevant order references and the entries that caused the concern. Distinguish two order records from two emails about one order. Where an actual provider labels entries pending or completed, include that wording rather than replace it with an assumption. A clear report helps separate a shopping mistake, an order duplication and a provider-display question. This page does not declare that a particular duplicate occurred without evidence, and an enquiry should not include your full card number or account credentials.
Keep payment credentials out of email
A support email should not contain a password, one-time authentication code, full card number or card security code. Those credentials are not needed to describe a catalog selection or ask whether an order exists. Conceal unrelated information in a transaction-status screenshot. If someone asks you to provide sensitive credentials to release a refund or complete an order, verify the communication through the contact route on this site. An email conversation is not a substitute for the controls of a legitimate payment provider or a functioning checkout connection.
Verify an unexpected payment request
An open support conversation or an expected parcel does not make every payment message legitimate. Check the order reference, sender context and actual store instructions before responding to an unexpected request. Do not use an unfamiliar urgent link simply because it mentions a delivery problem. If you are unsure, describe the message to support without following the link or sharing credentials. TeePalace does not advertise an unverified manual-payment route here, and this page should not be read as permission to send money to an unrelated person or account.
Keep provider authentication with the provider
If a real connected payment method later requires an account sign-in or confirmation, use the legitimate provider process described by that method. Support should not ask for the password or one-time code that controls your provider account. This page does not claim that a particular authentication flow has already been tested on TeePalace. Ask about a confusing step with a description of what you see and sensitive details hidden. A request for help can be considered without treating an email reply as an authorization to access another account.
Separate a cancellation request from payment status
A request to cancel an order asks whether the order can be stopped at its actual stage. It does not automatically prove that a payment was reversed or that a refund was approved. Use the cancellation page for the order action and keep the specific confirmation of what was done. If a money remedy is approved, its own confirmation identifies that stage. Do not infer cancellation from removing a browser cart line, and do not infer a paid order from a gateway that is still intended rather than connected.
Read the approved refund commitment correctly
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval. Payment-provider posting may take longer; the issuance commitment is not a guarantee that a bank or provider account will display the credit within the same period. A return parcel handover, photograph or initial request is not approval by itself. Keep the approval message and relevant transaction reference. The refund page explains how to ask about the amount or status while keeping account credentials and unrelated financial details private.
A replacement and money adjustment are different
An exchange supplies an available replacement under the confirmed arrangement; a refund returns an approved amount. Do not assume both remedies are proceeding simply because you discussed options with support. A requested replacement size or garment can have another listed price, so ask how a difference would be handled before relying on an amendment. Keep the order and remedy confirmations together. This page does not invent a future charge, refund or provider transaction to make an unresolved request appear complete.
Ask about the exact total you do not understand
If an amount seems incorrect, identify the product lines, quantities, selected options and destination that produced it. State the figure you expected and the figure displayed, without adding unrelated account information. A store-cart discrepancy and a provider conversion display are different questions. Read the actual currency and status before comparing them. Support can consider the relevant shopping facts, while a real provider can explain its own account entry. A general claim that the price changed does not identify which selected option or stage caused the difference.
Report a checkout control problem safely
Name the page, chosen product options, device or browser and the step where the control failed. Describe the message you saw in ordinary words. A screenshot can help when sensitive details are hidden, but do not include card credentials to show the issue. If no gateway is available, treat that as an availability question rather than a reason to bypass checkout. Avoid repeated uncertain attempts. A clear report lets the technical or order question be understood without assuming that a payment succeeded or failed when the records have not established it.
Keep the confirmation for the next step
Read whether a reply explains availability, asks for another fact or confirms an actual action. Those are different outcomes. Continue in the same conversation where possible so order and transaction references stay connected. If your facts change, add the update with its date. Keep any approval or order confirmation you receive. We do not publish an invented payment-test result, provider connection or bank-arrival guarantee; this page describes the currently unresolved gateway status and the practical distinctions needed to understand future verified shopping records.
