1. What does TeePalace sell?

Original graphic T-shirts, crewneck sweatshirts and hoodies. Our designs span sound and rhythm, cosmic lines, quiet landscapes, abstract motion and everyday symbols.

2. Are the designs copied from the reference store?

No. TeePalace uses original compositions. A reference can inform navigation and shopping mechanics without supplying another brand’s artwork, photographs, reviews or wording.

3. Which sizes can I choose?

The planned apparel range offers S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL. The exact product selection shown on its page controls what you add to your cart. Contact us for item-specific fit advice.

4. What currency are prices in?

US dollars. Select the size before confirming the final variant price; larger size options may have a different price. The cart shows the exact selection and quantity.

5. Where is shipping free?

The United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. There is no minimum or coupon. Complete address validation and a matching shipping method are still needed at checkout.

6. Can I pay now?

The payment gateway is not yet connected. PayPal is intended but must be connected and verified before it is advertised as accepted. Cart selection is separate from payment.

7. How long do I have to return an item?

You may request a return for any reason within 60 days of delivery. Ask for instructions before sending a parcel and keep the order reference and proof of shipping.

8. When is an approved refund issued?

It is issued within 7 calendar days after approval, to the original payment method. Review the refund page to distinguish an approval from the initial request and physical return transit.

9. Who pays to send a return?

For our error, return shipping is free through a label or reimbursement. For a change of mind, you pay the return shipping and we pay shipping of an approved exchange. There is no restocking fee.

10. Are the product pictures photographs?

They are generated mockups showing the original design. Print appearance may vary on the finished garment. Background accessories shown for styling are not included unless the listing says so.

11. Can I change an order?

Email promptly with the order number and requested change. The default window is 24 hours if it has not shipped. A request needs confirmation; it does not automatically change an order.

12. How do I ask for help?

Email [email protected]. Include the product or order reference and a clear description, but never send passwords, full card numbers or authentication codes.

Contact and related guidance

Contact [email protected] with a specific question. Read our contact guidance, returns process and refund policy for the relevant details.

13. How do I compare two original designs?

Read each design story and look at the whole composition, then compare the garment and selected size. Orbit Echo uses fine orbital paths and a central warm waveform, while Velvet Frequency uses broad ivory ribbons around a terracotta disc. A similar color palette does not make the designs or garment choices identical.

14. What does the Black color option mean?

It identifies the garment color selected for that product variant. The colors within the printed artwork are described separately. A black garment with amber details is not an Amber garment option. Check the exact item name and variant in the cart so a print accent is not mistaken for a selectable garment color.

15. Do all larger sizes cost the same?

The size-specific price on the product page is the price for the selected variant. Larger sizes may have an uplift, so do not rely only on the first price shown before choosing a size. The cart should repeat the exact variant price. Ask support if the selection and displayed price appear inconsistent.

16. Why does each size have a different SKU?

A SKU identifies the particular garment selection, allowing support and order records to distinguish the parent design from a size-specific item. Include the visible SKU when you ask about a product. A title alone can be ambiguous when the same idea appears on several garment families or when an order contains multiple sizes.

17. Can I mix garment types in one cart?

You can add separate products and variants to the same cart. Check each line carefully: a T-shirt, crewneck sweatshirt and hoodie are different items. Review their individual sizes and quantities instead of assuming one selection applies to the whole order. The final total reflects the actual lines in your cart.

18. How do I change a quantity before checkout?

Use the cart quantity control for the relevant line and update the cart where required. Review the resulting line total and order total after the update. Adding the same product again can change the quantity, so check the cart if you clicked Add to cart more than once. Removing a line affects that selection rather than cancelling an existing order.

19. Does my cart guarantee a paid order?

No. A cart records selections for review. Payment connection and order confirmation are separate steps, and the current gateway is still pending connection. Do not interpret a cart subtotal as a payment receipt. Keep an actual order confirmation and provider receipt when a payment method becomes available and an order is paid.

20. Can I keep a product link with my selected size?

The product variation controls may update the URL when a valid option is selected. Reopen the link and verify the visible size, color, SKU and price before ordering. A saved link is a convenience rather than a promise that a particular variant will remain available or that a previous cart has been preserved.

21. What if a selected size resets after I reload?

Choose the intended size again and confirm it in the cart. Browser session state and the variation URL are different ways of remembering a selection. Do not submit an order with a different default size simply because the page changed on reload. Contact support with the product URL if a variation link repeatedly fails to preserve the intended option.

22. Should I use my usual size across every garment?

Use item-specific fit information when it is available. A T-shirt and a hooded layer can have different shapes even when their size labels match. Your preferred amount of room for layering also matters. Explain what fit you want and which measurement you need instead of assuming that every S or XL describes the same physical dimensions.

23. Which measurements are useful when I ask for fit advice?

Body width and body length are common comparison points, while sleeve length may matter for a sweatshirt or hoodie. Identify how your own comparison garment was measured, such as laid flat. A flat width and a body circumference are not interchangeable. Ask support to confirm the actual item measurement and its definition.

24. Are accessories in a styling image included?

Only the item expressly identified in the listing is included. Trousers, shoes, furniture or other background details in a generated lifestyle mockup illustrate styling. They are not an extra product bundle unless the description clearly says so. If you are unsure about package contents, ask before ordering rather than relying on a photograph alone.

25. Will a generated mockup match every physical detail?

A mockup illustrates the original print idea and garment appearance, but it is not a photograph of a particular unit. Print scale, placement and color can vary on a finished item. Read the description for the intended design and ask about a detail that is important to you. We do not invent fabric composition or exact measurements from a visual alone.

26. Can a monitor change the apparent artwork color?

Screens and lighting can affect how an image appears. Compare the written garment-color option with the image and ask if a specific printed color matters to your purchase. A warm amber accent can look different on two displays. We do not treat an on-screen mockup as a calibrated guarantee of the physical color of every print.

27. Where should I look for care instructions?

Follow the instructions supplied with the actual finished garment. Its verified care label takes precedence over a generic styling suggestion. Avoid direct high heat on the printed area and ask support for item-specific guidance if necessary. We do not assert an unsupported shrinkage rate, fabric blend or washing specification for an unverified blank.

28. Can I send a parcel to the business contact address for a return?

Please obtain return instructions first. TeePalace’s published contact address is not automatically the destination for every authorized return. A correct return destination and order reference help the parcel reach the appropriate process. Keep the instructions and shipping receipt rather than using an address found on the footer without approval.

29. When does the 60-day return window start?

It starts from delivery. Contact support within 60 calendar days if you want to return or exchange the item for any reason. If a delivery date is disputed or a parcel is missing, describe the issue promptly with the available tracking information so the actual situation can be reviewed. Do not assume that a cart creation date is a delivery date.

30. Do I have to call a size problem a defect?

No. Our return window covers any reason within the stated period. A change-of-mind or fit return is different from our error, and that distinction determines return-shipping responsibility. Explain the situation accurately so the right process can be used. TeePalace charges no restocking fee under the stated return policy.

31. What should I keep while a return is reviewed?

Keep the item, relevant packaging, order confirmation and any photos needed for the request. Do not dispose of a damaged item before receiving instructions if it may need to be inspected. You do not need to send passwords or payment-card details. A clear order reference and the relevant evidence are more useful than unrelated documents.

32. Can I ask for an exchange when the replacement is unavailable?

Tell support which replacement you want so availability can be checked. An exchange is subject to the replacement item and size being available. If it cannot be supplied, discuss a refund or another available option rather than sending an unspecified parcel. Confirm the final replacement details in writing before treating the exchange as arranged.

33. What is the difference between requesting and approving a refund?

A request starts the review. Approval follows the relevant return inspection, accepted photo claim or confirmed cancellation. The seven-calendar-day refund commitment starts after approval. Keep the approval message so the date is clear. Shipping a parcel back without instructions does not by itself prove that the return has been received and approved.

34. Can a refund go to a different account?

The policy returns an approved refund to the original payment method. If that account has changed or closed, contact the provider and support so the payment can be traced appropriately. Do not ask support to redirect funds to an unrelated person or send full bank or card credentials by email. Use non-sensitive transaction references when available.

35. What should I send if an item arrives damaged?

Take clear photos of the issue, the whole item, packaging and shipping label where relevant, then send the order reference and a short description. Keep the packaging while the claim is reviewed. Remove unrelated personal information from photos before sharing them. The stated damaged, defective or incorrect-item claim window is 60 days from delivery.

36. Is return shipping free when TeePalace sent the wrong item?

Yes, our-error returns use a prepaid label or reimbursement arrangement at no cost to you. Contact support to agree on the correct process before purchasing an unrelated shipping service. For a change of mind, you pay return shipping instead. The physical return process and the approved payment refund are explained on separate policy pages.

37. What if my order contains both correct and incorrect items?

Identify the exact affected line, size and quantity so the other items are not mixed into the request. Include a photo where it helps show the discrepancy. A multi-item order can have a claim concerning only one item. The remedy and any refund amount should be tied to that line rather than described as an unexplained adjustment to the whole order.

38. Do you promise a particular carrier or delivery date?

Carrier, processing and transit facts depend on the verified arrangement for the item and destination. They are still being finalized, so this page does not invent a carrier name or guaranteed arrival date. Ask for an item-specific estimate before placing a time-sensitive order. Free shipping concerns the charge, not a guarantee about the time in transit.

39. Can I use a P.O. box or special delivery address?

Ask support to confirm whether the actual service supports your address before ordering. We do not assume that every carrier accepts P.O. boxes, military addresses or restricted-access locations. Provide the relevant address type without posting your full address publicly. A supported country is only one part of checking whether a complete delivery address is usable.

40. Do international duties disappear because shipping is free?

No. A zero shipping charge does not establish that destination authorities will waive taxes, duties or customs fees. Those rules depend on the country and shipment. Ask for clarification when a cross-border charge matters to you. We do not describe free shipping as an unsupported promise of duty-paid delivery or a tax exemption.

41. Can I request an address change after dispatch?

Contact support promptly with the complete corrected address. A change may be unavailable after carrier handover, and a redirect cannot be guaranteed. Sending only a changed apartment number without the rest of the address can create ambiguity. Wait for confirmation of the actual action rather than assuming an email request silently updates a dispatched parcel.

42. What information belongs in a tracking enquiry?

Include the order number, checkout email, destination country and available carrier reference. Describe what the latest update says and when it appeared. Do not post your full private address or payment details in public. A shipping label, carrier acceptance scan and delivered status are different events; identifying which one is missing makes the enquiry clearer.

43. What if tracking says delivered but I cannot find the parcel?

Check the delivery location and any authorized recipient or reception area where appropriate, then contact support with the order and tracking reference if it remains missing. Explain what you already checked. A delivered status does not automatically resolve every concern, and support needs the actual information to review the situation rather than a generic claim without a reference.

44. How can I make a support message easier to understand?

Use a specific subject and include the relevant product or order reference. State the problem and the outcome you want in one complete message when possible. Continue the same conversation for follow-ups so earlier details are available. Separate requests concerning different orders instead of combining several unidentified issues into a single screenshot.

45. Which details should I never email to support?

Do not send passwords, one-time authentication codes, full card numbers or card-security codes. Avoid unrelated identity documents and another person’s confidential information. A product name, order number and non-sensitive payment reference are usually more relevant to understanding the issue. Support should not need your account password to answer a sizing question.

46. How do I contact TeePalace without a separate ticket system?

The submit-ticket page opens an email request to [email protected]. It does not pretend that an external ticketing platform is connected. If the link does not open your email app, copy the address into your normal service. Keep the sent message and reply conversation. Sending a message begins a request; it is not automatic approval of the action you requested.

47. Can I ask to correct or delete personal information?

Use the privacy contact route and identify the relevant order or conversation so the record can be found. A proportionate verification step may be needed to avoid disclosing another person’s information. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate obligations. We do not invent a universal retention period or promise that deleting one message removes every order record.

48. Does buying a garment license the artwork for resale?

A garment purchase does not automatically grant a license to reproduce the original graphic, create resale print files or use the TeePalace brand mark. Ask for written permission when you want a use beyond the ordinary use of the item. The intellectual-property page explains the available route for permissions and specific content concerns.

49. How do I report a copyright or trademark concern?

Identify the exact store URL and the work or rights you believe are affected. Explain your relationship to those rights and provide a reply contact with relevant evidence. A report starts a review rather than establishing the claim by itself. Do not use a rights request to impersonate another person or seek private customer or order information.

50. Where can I read the full policy instead of a short FAQ answer?

The footer links to dedicated shipping, returns, refund, cancellation, payment, privacy and terms pages. Those pages separate topics that can otherwise be confused, such as return transit and refund approval. Read the policy relevant to your request and keep any order-specific confirmation. If something remains unclear, contact support with the precise question.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval. Payment-provider posting may take longer; this issuance commitment is not a guarantee that a bank or provider account will display the credit within the same period.
