Terms of Service
Last updated:
At a glance
These terms describe shopping and support on TeePalace. Review the product, shipping, returns and privacy information relevant to your purchase. Prices are in USD, and the selected variant and quantity determine the product line in your cart. A cart is a selection tool; it is not by itself a paid order or confirmation that a payment was accepted.
1. Using the store
2. Product information
Our listings describe original designs and the item included in the purchase. Generated mockups illustrate the design and may differ in print appearance from the finished garment. Size labels are not exact garment measurements. Ask about item-specific information that matters to your purchase before ordering; we do not fabricate materials, measurements or certifications.
3. Order review and payment
A payment must be completed through a method actually connected and offered by checkout. The current gateway is not yet connected. An order may need review if its information is incomplete or inconsistent. If a correction changes the amount or selection, it must be explained before acceptance. Do not treat an unavailable checkout method as an invitation to send money elsewhere.
4. Delivery and returns
Free eligible shipping covers US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand without a minimum or coupon. Processing and transit facts depend on verified arrangements. Returns may be requested within 60 days of delivery and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval. Read the dedicated policies for the process rather than relying on a short summary alone.
5. Responsible use and intellectual property
Do not misuse store forms, attempt to access private information or submit content you do not have permission to share. Original TeePalace artwork and store content remain protected by applicable rights. A product purchase does not automatically license that artwork for resale or reproduction. Use the intellectual-property and copyright-request pages for an appropriate concern.
6. Questions and applicable rights
Contact support with an order or terms question. These terms do not remove mandatory rights that apply to you under relevant law. Governing-law and formal business-entity details require owner review and are not invented here. Where a particular situation needs legal interpretation, obtain advice appropriate to that situation rather than treating customer-support wording as legal advice.
Contact and related guidance
Contact [email protected] with a specific question. Read our contact guidance, returns process and refund policy for the relevant details.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval. Payment-provider posting may take longer; this issuance commitment is not a guarantee that a bank or provider account will display the credit within the same period.
Practical guidance and examples
Understand what a product page describes
Read the design name, garment family, selected size, color, SKU, price and product description together. A design mockup illustrates the original print concept but may differ from a finished garment in exact print appearance. An image is not proof of a particular fiber composition, measurement or certification. If a physical attribute matters, ask about that item before ordering. Product pages should not be read as a promise about unknown supplier facts simply because an illustration looks detailed.
Select the actual variant and final price
A product family may show a starting price while a selected size carries its own listed price. Review the option and cart line before relying on a total. Changing size or quantity can change the amount. A variation SKU identifies a specific selectable option and does not create a separate product design. If the choice shown in cart differs from what you intended, correct it before attempting checkout. Report a display discrepancy with the product URL and selected option.
Cart versus accepted order
Adding an item to the cart saves a shopping selection for the session. It is not a charge or a confirmed paid order. Removing a cart item differs from cancelling an accepted order, and changing a cart quantity differs from requesting an order amendment. A completed checkout may later produce an order reference and payment status, but those facts must be verified in the actual flow. Do not rely on a cart screenshot as evidence that fulfillment or payment has occurred.
Payment method availability
A payment method is available only when it appears through a connected and verified checkout. TeePalace’s gateway setup is pending; an intended future method is not currently represented as accepted. Do not send payment-card data or authentication codes to support to work around a missing option. If you see a payment link outside the expected checkout, verify it before using it. A payment provider may separately control authorization, settlement and display of a credit or hold.
Shipping destinations and cost
The store’s approved free-shipping destinations are the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, without a minimum or coupon. Review the actual delivery country and address before placing an order. A country’s eligibility does not establish a carrier, dispatch date or guaranteed arrival time. If a destination is unsupported or the shipping display conflicts with the published policy, ask before proceeding. Additional details belong in the shipping page and the actual checkout presentation.
Address and order information
Provide an accurate delivery address and contact details for a real order. A typo, missing apartment or changed destination can affect whether an order can be fulfilled or corrected. Contact support with the order reference promptly if you discover an error. An amendment request is not guaranteed until confirmed against the actual order state. Avoid sending a complete card number or identity document to prove an address correction; use the ordinary support route and only the facts needed.
Cancellation and change requests
A cancellation or change depends on the order’s actual status. Explain the order reference, requested change and reason so support can check whether it can be made. A support message is a request rather than automatic confirmation. The cancellation page explains the route, while returns and refunds govern different later stages. A cart removal does not require an order cancellation because no order was accepted merely by saving a cart selection.
Returns and refunds are separate steps
The approved return window is 60 days under the published returns policy. A returned garment and a payment refund are related but different events; follow the actual return instructions for the relevant item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval. A payment provider may post the credit later. This issuance commitment is not a guarantee that a bank balance displays the credit within that same period. Do not send card credentials to trace a refund.
Artwork and store content
TeePalace product artwork, descriptions, images and brand material serve the storefront. Buying a garment does not automatically grant a license to reproduce a print file, claim affiliation or sell copies of store images. If you believe content raises a rights concern, report the precise URL and material through the appropriate contact or copyright-request page. A color or general apparel layout resemblance alone does not identify the particular work or permission at issue. A rights question does not itself decide an order remedy.
Appropriate use of accounts and forms
Use store accounts and support forms for your own shopping or genuine enquiries. Do not submit another person’s private order details, spam, malicious code or false payment instructions. Protect your own password and do not share authentication codes through a support message. If an account or form behaves unexpectedly, describe the route and non-sensitive symptoms. The store may need to investigate misuse, but this page does not invent an automatic suspension deadline or a formal enforcement finding.
Correcting an error or disagreement
If a product, price, shipping or policy display appears inconsistent, contact support with the relevant page, selected option and what you observed. Preserve an order reference if one exists. The response should address the concrete discrepancy; a screenshot can help show the display but should not expose credentials. Do not assume a page error authorizes an unverified payment route or changes a completed order automatically. Specific published policies remain the detailed guidance for shipping, returns, refunds and privacy.
Updates and contact
The page’s date identifies the current published text. A later edit should not be described as if it governed an earlier completed transaction without examining the relevant facts. Read the applicable policy pages before ordering and keep your own order confirmation if a transaction later occurs. For a question about a product or these terms, contact [email protected] with the exact URL or order reference, without unrelated confidential details. This page provides store guidance and does not invent a corporate registration or legal finding.
How related pages fit together
The shipping page addresses eligible destinations and delivery questions. The returns page explains the physical-item request and the refund page explains an approved payment reversal. The size guide helps compare labels without inventing exact measurements. Privacy guidance concerns information supplied while browsing, ordering or contacting support. A product listing provides the design-specific option and price. If two pages seem inconsistent, identify both URLs and the particular purchase stage so support can resolve the actual issue rather than infer a rule from an unrelated section.
