\nCart, checkout and account are functional routes. Your cart should show your own selected items, sizes and quantities. The checkout payment gateway remains pending connection. These functional pages are not a public directory of private orders or customer accounts, and public JSON must not disclose cart sessions or order details.
\nThe shipping page lists the four free-shipping destinations. Returns and refund pages explain different parts of the process: the physical return and the payment refund. Payment methods describe only the currently verified payment setup. The cancellation page explains how to request a change and why confirmation is needed.
\nUse FAQs for common questions, the size guide for measurement principles, and the help center for choosing the right support request. Contact and submit-ticket provide the support email route. Order tracking offers guidance using an actual accepted order and available carrier reference rather than a fabricated status.
\nAbout describes TeePalace’s original graphic approach and customer commitments. Privacy and terms explain the store’s information use and shopping conditions. Copyright and intellectual-property pages provide the available route for specific content concerns. Journal content is drafted and published only when ready; no demonstration articles remain.
\nContact support@teepalace.com with a specific question. Read our contact guidance, returns process and refund policy for the relevant details.
\nThe Shop route lists published original designs across tee, hoodie and crewneck sweatshirt families. Each product card links to a design page, where the selectable size, SKU, USD price and image gallery provide the item details. A category page narrows browsing by garment family; it does not substitute for the selected option on the product page. Use the product link to compare the actual design and price before adding it to your cart. A card’s starting amount can differ from the chosen larger-size amount.
\nThe T-shirt category gathers the graphic tee products. Open an individual listing to inspect its original print concept, front view, detail and context image where the complete gallery has been published. Check the selected size rather than assume every tee has the same final price. A visual mockup explains the design and may differ from a finished print. If material, measurement or production detail is important, ask the store about that item; the directory does not certify unverified supplier specifications.
\nThe sweatshirt category groups crewneck-style designs separately from tees and hoodies. A listing identifies the product name, available native size variants and its own purchase price. A category image helps navigation but does not replace the full product page. Compare the chosen size, color and cart line before checkout. The store uses original abstract and music-inspired artwork without implying an affiliation with a specific artist, band or album. The directory should lead to the actual item rather than promise an unsupported fabric or delivery claim.
\nThe hoodie category is the route for hooded garments with their own design pages and option prices. Choose the item and size on the product page, then review the cart line for the selected variant. A hoodie may start at a different price from a tee or sweatshirt. Gallery images are design mockups, and exact physical measurements or materials must be confirmed rather than inferred from an illustration. If a link appears to lead to another family, report the page URL so the navigation can be checked.
\nThe store menu and search help locate a named design or garment family. Search results are a navigation aid, not a substitute for checking the product’s options and price. A missing result does not prove an item has never existed; the current catalog, spelling or publication status may differ. Try the Shop and category routes if a phrase produces no match. A navigation error can be reported with the searched term and URL without sending your account password or private order details.
\nCart, checkout and account pages serve a visitor’s own shopping session. They are not public listings of private orders or customer information. Adding an item to cart is a selection, not a payment or a confirmed paid order. TeePalace’s payment gateway remains pending connection, so a buyer should rely only on methods actually shown in a verified checkout once available. Check the selected SKU, quantity, USD amount and shipping destination before proceeding. Do not share card details with support to bypass a missing payment option.
\nThe Shipping and Delivery page explains free eligible shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand without a minimum or coupon. It also distinguishes destination eligibility from an unverified carrier, dispatch time or delivery guarantee. A cart or checkout display should be assessed against the selected country. If an address or country is unsupported, seek clarification before treating a category listing as proof of availability. The directory links to policy guidance; it cannot determine the route or timeline of a particular future package.
\nThe Returns and Exchanges page describes the 60-day return window and the physical-item request. The Refund Policy explains the approved payment reversal: issuance to the original method within 7 calendar days after approval, with provider posting potentially later. These are separate pages because returning an item and seeing a credit are different stages. Follow the relevant instructions and retain an order reference if one exists. A cart item removed before purchase is not a returned item or refund request.
\nThe Size Guide explains the available size labels and how to approach a garment choice. Labels alone do not prove exact body or finished-garment measurements. Compare the product’s selected variant and ask about an item-specific measurement when it matters. The store should not invent a chart of measurements without verified supplier data. If a size selector does not update the displayed price or cart option as expected, report the product URL and chosen size. The guide is informational; the native product option is the purchase selection.
\nThe Help Center and FAQ answer common navigation, product, shipping and policy questions. Contact provides a route for a precise enquiry; Submit Ticket offers a focused support form. Track Order is meaningful only with a real order reference and status, not a cart selection. Describe the relevant product or order without sending complete card numbers, passwords or another customer’s information. A support message is a request for review rather than automatic confirmation of a cancellation, refund or shipping change.
\nPrivacy Policy describes information shared while browsing, contacting support or placing an actual order, together with questions about access or correction. Terms of Service explains the store’s shopping framework and points to the detailed policies. Payment Methods describes only the payment state actually verified for the storefront. Read the page relevant to your action instead of assuming a future gateway is connected or an unverified provider handles your data. Each policy has its own public route so a question can cite the exact guidance.
\nThe Intellectual Property Policy explains how to ask about artwork, brand material or permission. Copyright Requests gives a focused route for a specific asserted work and TeePalace URL. These pages do not automatically grant a reproduction license or resolve a legal dispute. A retail garment purchase and a separate image-use permission are different matters. If a concern relates to one illustration or paragraph, identify that element and the page rather than describe the whole Shop directory as a single disputed work.
\nA machine-readable XML sitemap helps search engines discover appropriate public URLs. It is different from this visitor-oriented page and does not certify that a search engine has indexed or ranked every item. Product, page and useful category routes can be included according to the current site configuration; private account, cart and checkout data should not be exposed as a public inventory. Search-engine results can change independently of a link appearing here. Report a broken public link with its URL so it can be corrected.
\nFor a design, start at Shop or the relevant garment category and open its product page. For an existing purchase, use your own order reference with Contact or Track Order. For destination cost, consult Shipping and Delivery; for a received item, use Returns and Exchanges; for an approved credit, use Refund Policy. For artwork permission, use Intellectual Property or Copyright Requests. This directory organizes paths so you can reach the page that answers the actual question rather than relying on an unrelated category or a search snippet.
\nIf a link from this directory returns an error, opens the wrong design or points to an old policy location, send the exact source and destination URLs through Contact. Include the device or browser only if it helps explain a navigation fault. Do not send private order data in a public link report. The shop may correct a route, but a broken link alone does not establish that a product is discontinued or a policy no longer applies. Use the current published policy URL while a navigation issue is examined.
